Chuck has been with CLSAR since it’s early days, and is currently our Operations Officer. Mission Ready in Field Support and Type III Incident Command, Chuck is a also a member of his community’s First Responder group, is certified as an EMT, and is a Team Leader for Central Minnesota Critical Incident Stress Management Team. Among his accomplishments, Chuck is NASAR SAR Tech II certified and certified to train “Lost Person Behavior”, a program developed by Robert Koester and used by Virginia Dept. of Emergency Management.

K-9 Ranger

K-9 Ranger was also Chuck’s K-9 partner for many years, certified with NAPWDA for Land HRD. Ranger served from 2009, retiring in November of 2017, and was lost to us in 2019.
